Join the Motown Museum for the 2023 Founder’s Day celebration. Marissa Conniff will be debuting an original song and singing “I Just Want to Celebrate” by Rare Earth, which she performed for the Amplify the Sound of Detroit singing competition.

Motown Museum welcomed the community to its Founder’s Day celebration in honor of its late founder Esther Gordy Edwards, and to celebrate the reopening of the Museum and the completed expansion phases. Community vendors and performances from Hitsville NEXT program participants were the highlights of the day.
